Jeff,
Your are right. But there appears to be no coating. Where is that pesky MFP
now that we really need it? I worked on many VRC-12 and PRC-25/77 modules
with "conformal coating" that made servicing impossible.
Maybe the first step is to spray it with dilute Simple Green then hose it
down and dry it with compressed air in the sun. But some of the traces
look corroded.
For now, I am hoping to find a replacement.
