I just looked up the listing. The one I'm waiting for is a Mainline tt/L-2. It was like a moth to a lamp. I got it for almost nothing and the shipping is killllllĺing me. Hopefully it survives the trip to my place in the mail with the crt intact.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S24+, an AT&T 5G smartphone

Wonder what that is like hahaha. Those are harder to find in my neck of the woods. I’ve got a Kam Plus TU via serial to the deramp 60ma interface - plus some electrical wizardry (C.L. repeaters listening through resistors on the bleeding edge of blocking the signal) to stretch every bit of juice to pull it all together. No motor stop if I have the reperf in circuit because it just one device too many needing the juice. For feeds, R-pi or phone to the afsk jack on the deramp.com interface. It all works, modern parts made it - but tight margin on my selector range!Sent from my iPhoneOn Apr 17, 2024, at 8:19 PM, abowman89 <abowman89 at yahoo.com> wrote:Same with mine. I have a hal st-5000 I soldered an audio jack in and barrel jack out onto. It does the motor on off for me to begin with. I've been trying to submit random things to the auto start once a day, be way easier if I could use the mailer on my phone. I have a tube kit decoder I won on an auction coming, fingers crossed it's repairable.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S24+, an AT&T 5G smartphone-------- Original message --------From: Anthony Watson <watsonac at aol.com> Date: 4/17/24 10:08 PM (GMT-06:00) To: abowman89 <abowman89 at yahoo.com> Cc: Paul Heller <paul0926 at comcast.net>, greenkeys at mailman.qth.net Subject: Re: [GreenKeys] Fwd: Teletypewriter with Harris 100% this. I’m encouraging too as a confessed moderate over spender on ham gear. It’s also a fun hardware terminal for some other vintage electronics I mess around with. This feed is on mine 24/7 through a raspberry pi. I switch to my radio’s terminal unit for things that still happen there through the week on RTTY, AMTOR, and CW. Mine is equipped so it shuts down the motor in between…. but everyone I work with think it’s really stinking cool when they get to catch this day in history or a TTY picture when it fires itself up and clacks away in my office.
