[GreenKeys] 28 mini KSR (ugc-20/ugc-77) speed

There’s probably a reason 90% of the Compacts that I have come across have
a busted or missing speed change knob….
I have a pair of pliers sitting near my compacts.
John, if you can shift OK at the rear linkage, it is probably just a matter
of designed-in mechanical disadvantage when twisting the knob/shaft.
