If no one has an assembled board for you, I can probably at least help 
you out with a bare board and the two chips that have become hard to get 
- the NJM2211 demodulator chip and the optoisolator for talking to the 
loop. The rest is just plain passive components which should be in most 
junkboxes, and/or i can see what I can find.
