Probably not the right way to do it, but what I do is go through the instruction and circle all the G instructions. Then the same thing for anything greater than O, e.g. O2, O3 etc.
Then at least for the 28, the instructions go by sections with pictures. I do the exceptions (G, On, felts), then anything else on that page or picture gets a drop. Felts of course get saturated. This gets you out of having to read every details.
Kind of a "if it moves, it gets something" approach.
