[GreenKeys] RS232 to 60ma loop

Thought I'd share my slow progress on using the polar relay as a 232 to
60mA converter.

I'm still pondering whether to just bring out the relay contacts, or to
use the power supply and the 2k resistors in the polar relay base to
make it another loop in the shack.   I have a 4 jack jack field that
mounts in a LESU frame (thank you WU).  It currently has TS jacks, I'd
want to change those for TRS jacks.  So can I figure out a way to have
either choice, seems like I'd need to add a switch, or maybe a jack that
has extra switching capability.  Plug into one jack and you get dry
contacts. Plug into the other and you get a 60mA loop.  Hmm is that doable?
