[GreenKeys] Teletype paper supplier

The PM rolls I got from another source was of very poor quality (not white,
more like unbleached toilet paper). The roll I got from Bluewater was at
least white and of reasonable quality. (I'm sure I paid less (about 2 years
ago) .. I think its gone up by about 30% since then)
