[GreenKeys] FWIW- ARPE before BRPE

Now someone just has to find an example of an ARPE and a DRPE.

I will have my BRPE running full speed at VCFSW, end of June in Dallas,
along with a working 029 keypunch and model 33 teletype. I may also bring
my damaged model 14 just for display.
