I have a spare punch (to rob for parts), from which I can rob the feed tape reel that's missing from this punch.  The most intriguing thing about the one on Ebay is that it seems to have its two front magnets, meaning it might be an 8-channel punch.  What I can't tell is whether parts have been robbed already.  The magnet windings are coarse, suggesting that this is the 48V version (there was a higher voltage, lower current version designed for use with vacuum tubes).

Older models have the front window, so this is an older model, but what's unclear is what feedback scheme it supports.  The newest ones had a moving permanent magnet magneto to send clock pulses to the controller, some had a fixed permanent magnet that worked against a moving ferrous slug on the flywheel, the oldest had mechanical switches.
