[GreenKeys] Fwd: National Weather Service RTTY

DDK9 on 10.1008 is strong on the US East coast in the afternoons on my 
40 M NVIS dipole.

Most 850 hz converters will do  425 hz shift. (I found a ST-6 with 425 
hz filter)

Your 60 wpm M28 will copy 50 baud, though you will get better copy with 
the Range control down around 20.
