Not sure about weather, but ARRL transmits a RTTY digital bulletin dail:
http://www.arrl.org/digital-transmissions

Note that sometimes the times aren't exact, for example of baudot is the
second method, you have to wait for the bulleting to transmit using the
first method before it switches.
