[GreenKeys] What is it?

PE-73 from a BC-375, but this is 14V, so for a BC-191 I think it is a BD-77.

Seen at an antique store in a pile of military radio equipment.

All I can make out is 14V input and 1000V output.

Not sure if the output is rectified.

I bet Nick knows what it is.
