[GreenKeys] MITE 400 Hz unit ITTY test

I want to run my 400 Hz MITE at 45 baud but only have a 50 baud speed gear.
A side benefit of my 400 Hz power supply is that the frequency is
adjustable. So, I adjusted the frequency to 360 Hz and voila! Now I can
print at 45 baud!
