[GreenKeys] RTTYArt Program

I have had some success with this program.. I realized later that the TTL
signal I was sampling was inverted so once I got that straightened out the
program was copying the
TTY signal, mostly.. The only issue I have is that the cursor isnt always a
straight line but more a thick black block like you see in a text program
with the INSERT key on your
keyboard selected.. This black block overwrites the TTY character at the
time and does make a mess of things.. Sometimes its ok and its all good. I
suspect its a computer issue and I was able to capture and save a simple
pix I had from a perf tape.. I was able to load it in the editor section of
the program and it looked good.. I sent it out on the autostart feed and it
went through just fine..
So it seems to work mostly.. Just a report.. Skip
