[GreenKeys] Navy Teletype Message Generator

At the risk of moving the thread off in a different direction.  I 
noticed the 50 vs. 45.45 also and it cause me to wonder if the Navy 
towards the end of their use of mechanical printers moved towards all 50 
baud and dropped 45.45.  NATO and all that?
