Oh, this looks like a Rick Dale project (TV series, American
Restoration). This is a serious project.
I hadn't seen a paper spindle like that one for a 15. I have the 28
version.
I'm afraid I couldn't do that these days. I came close to that on a 28
years ago (circa 1965) back when the only way to get a 28 for cheap was
to make one out of a couple of junkers.
I'm sure once completed it will look factory fresh. Good on ya!
