[GreenKeys] Still searching for model 15 re-inker documentation

I just did another Google search trying to figure out how to install this
thing. The only thing I found is the photo at

Because Teletype included the hole to mount this thing on the type basket,
it SEEMS that there should be something from them, but I have not yet
found it.

Ideas?
