For keying a loop, keep your eye on Ebay for a RTTY terminal unit (thats not army/navy grade (sorry Nick!)). The other easier thing is if youre good with arduinos, Ive had luck using a relay shield and the code from Hackaday.
There used to be some cool interfaces unfortunately the chips they used went obsolete due to lack of support for 45.5 baud.
There IS a blackbox rs-232 to loop adapter thats rated for 20ma but youd have to ensure the data youre sending is 5-bit baudot. One of these days Ill find the one I bought and test it out. (There is also a blackbox device called a "cap" that adapts ascii to baudot (or vice versa) that could be paired to it.
For your 33 thats easier; deramp.con has a serial adapter that fits right into the 33.
