Tom, I have the heat gun and got that suggestion and realized I had the gun about all the same time. 

I have the relay schematic.  It's the base that goes into the 28 LESU to hold the relay that I need the WD for.   The schematic in the LESU wiring diagram references the same part number as stamped on the base assembly.  However a couple of these bases I have don't seem to match.

I also found a specification which documents modification kits for these assemblies.  Unfortunately the WD it references, doesn't  seem to be available.  

In reality I probably needn't worry since the mission is to convert one of these to be a RS232 to loop converter.  I just figured a diagram would help me to minimize the changes needed as oppose gutting and starting from scratch.
