[GreenKeys] BRPE speed

I just worked out that the BRPEs we got (from an old typesetting shop) are geared (rather, belted) for 110 characters per second.  That's really impressive, but I have no need for such high speed.  How likely is it that I could get my hands on the gearing (actually, toothed pullies and a belt) to run the thing at 63 characters per second?  Are we speaking of unobtanium?

(Still working on making the 8-level punch block).
