[GreenKeys] Model 15 letter F error

First I want to thank the group for their assistance with it Ive gotten my 2nd model 15 running great only one outstanding minor issue no matter if Its receiving itty or manually typing with any keyword I install the letter F doesn't type usually 2 levers try to type at once... All other letters and functions work fine... Im at a loss explaining one error... any suggestions???
