[GreenKeys] USB to TTY (model15) interface

I'm wondering if the aliasing was done to get one past the newer com
port drivers that didn't allow baud rated below 300 and the device was
still capable of 45? Or aliasing was eliminated because they also
assumed nobody uses anything below 300 (getting to be 9600) and they
wanted higher speeds gained by eliminating the lower part of the range
allowed by the number of bits in the register used to define baud rate.
