[GreenKeys] Auto Machine Power Switch

To be more specific a LTV-826 optocoupler into the 555 timer out to a 
AQY280EH(?).   Maybe the AQY280EH isn't hefty enough, but something of 
that family or there are a lot of SSRs out that that can be driven with 
logic level signals.  The TU-170 uses one.

The LTV-826 is a dual optocoupler..  Hook the input LEDs in parallel but 
opposite polarity and it becomes loop polarity agnostic.  Hook the 
output transistors in parallel.

This is starting to sound like a project.  I need to make something to 
go with the TU-300 since it doesn't have the loop circuitry built in.  A 
board that converts TTL to loop and loop to TTL and has space for a 
timer or other yet to be determined features.  Strangely the TU-300 does 
have the switched outlet for the motor.

Dang I don't need more projects, I need more time.
