[GreenKeys] PRC-47/CV-2455 Help

So nothing like waiting until 20 minutes before the ratt net to check your
equipment right ?.

  I have a new to me CV-2455 I have installed on the PRC-47, I have a
shielded cable going from the CV tty loop posts going to my Mite, I checked
and the polarity is correct and is showing 25vdc, power switch on the cv is
on.  The problem is the Mite runs open, when I switch the 47 to cw/fsk the
47 transmits and the blower comes on.  Is my cv bad or am I not doing
something right ?
