[GreenKeys] VCFMW 14s

Bringing a 14 KSR and a GPE iron horse perforator to VCFMW in Chicago,
September 9th and 10th.

The perforator, I have added a PSU and replaced some rotten wiring, but not
powered it up yet. Mechanically looks good.

The 14, keyboard works beautifully, printer is printing some additional
characters randomly. The travel on the print arms is short, and the code
bars vertically to the punch are not properly engaging due to a bend that
is gonna be "fun" to resolve.

I will be working on it with help from some other nerds, come on by!
