[GreenKeys] RTTY - High tones - Low tones?

  A "Standard" was not necessary. There was no need to have an exact 
"center freq" or shift etc.  You just zero beated the stations Mark and 
off you go.  You straddle tuned the different shifts.  It was a 
courtesty to send a half line of RYs then your text. Kinda like what is 
going on on 80 meters.  Great fun.
