[GreenKeys] WE 291

So  stumbled across a 5 pack of NOS Western Electric 291A relays, Octal 
base, couldn't pass them up for $1.00 .  Cant really find any info on 
them with a quick search other than

which talks about deleting due to manufacture discontinued. Looking for 
specs, pin-out, any info.

Went into the thrift store as I heard they had a lot of Hallicrafter 
radios they were trying to move before they moved location, missed out 
on them , but couldn't walk out empty handed.
