I have two fingertip tape cutters which were used with WU 2-B and other Teletype machine.
They enabled the operator to cut the printed tape as he affixed it to a Western Union telegram form.

Happy to pass them on free to the first direct inquiry.
My contribution to the Green Keys community which has done so much for me for many years.
