3 pin looks like a NEMA 10-20R.  HBL6810 or Bryant 9326

4 pin looks like a NEMA 18-15R or 18-20R  You'd have to sort that out by 
getting dimensions for the plug.  I suspect it's the 15R version.

the 20R version maps to a HBL7520

Might have best luck on eBay. This stuff new is expensive.
