3 - DMARC (Domain Message Authentication Reporting) not correctly set up.
4 - DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) not setup.
5 - ARC (Authenticated Received Chain) check fails.
6 - Sender domain/DNS entry invalid.
7 - Rated as spam.
