[GreenKeys] Looking for Teletype Owner/Advisor in Minnesota, Model 33 ASR Restoration Help?

I recently acquired a Teletype Model 33 ASR as an estate sale, hoping to
restore this unit for use with my Altair 8800 (clone).  Is anyone reading
this located in central Minnesota who could offer some guidance to a rookie
or share their restoration do's/don'ts?
