[GreenKeys] 28V MITE Myth or Real ?

I have got MITEs in all versions in my collection.
115V 400HZ, 28V DC and also a prototype version 220V AC 50Hz intended
to sell to German Army (Bundeswehr),
but it never came to a contract.
