[GreenKeys] Hal 6850 RTTY Terminal

I like the idea of installing it in the Rover.  I have a CJ8 that I have 
thought about putting mine in, unless I can come up with a MITE.  I have 
a PRC-47 that if I can find the CV-2455 ( or replicate it as I have only 
seen one available and missed out on it)  would like to install it in 
the back of the Scrambler with a full soft top on it.
