[GreenKeys] WTD simple free program to transmit AFSK tones - Windows

Thanks to all for the recommendations. I’ll look at the ones suggested. I
often use ITTY or Tom’s streams for testing, but sometimes I want a
particular format, or to punch tape from an existing file.
