[GreenKeys] M28ASR wiring

I generally like the ones that say something like:
28ASR with LESU13
115vac circuits at top. Loop circuits at bottom.
The terminals at rear are Cxx. This is not a very good scan but I am on my
phone and searching is hard. More later.

It depends on the LESU of course, but loop terminals are almost always the
same C
