[GreenKeys] M28ASR wiring

I'm trying to set up a M28ASR and I need to find the rear terminal strip 
connections for the printer, keyboard, tape reader and aux reperf. The 
unit was from a civilian installation, but is referred to as a "UGC-6" 
on the patch panel.

I've tried to find a basic connection diagram from the documentation on 
Nick's site, but as Nick once said:

    machine which was always discarded within two weeks."/


Can someone just give me the rear panel terminal strip connections for 
the i/o's to/from the cabinet?

I will be wiring everything on separate loops.  When I switch from 
"LINE" to "TEST", does everything get put into the one local loop?
