[GreenKeys] Cross Country Torn Tape Retransmission

I could barely hear the group this morning on my local receiver, but there
was a good signal on the KFS SDR. I set the shift variable in my DSP TU to
850 and recompiled, but it did not work. More debugging to do! I did
record the KFS signal, so I have something to work with.
By the way, I am about to run a short RTTY test tape on each HF band to
get a relative performance level of my antenna (
https://w6iwi.org/az/Vert30/ ) as reported by a closeby RBN receiver (
https://w6iwi.org/RbnGraph.php?rx=KO7SS&freq=14083.9&MyCall=W6IWI ). I'll
average these over a bunch of days, then do the same as I add radials to
the antenna to see how it improves.
