[GreenKeys] West Coast RATT/RTTY net

Only had 1 other on the MRCG Net today.  It seems that the military tones 1575/2425 are an issue for some out here.

We will try again next week (OCT 22) on 170hz shift on (7086 LSB)  and 850hz military (7087 USB) on the following weekend (Oct 29)
