[GreenKeys] KS-5928 L7 loop supply?

The rectifier is not Selenium. It might be Germanium, but is likely 
Silicon. The oil condenser almost certainly means the transformer is 
ferro-resonant, which will give fairly good output voltage regulation. 
You can try reforming the electrolytic condenser, it may be fine. the AC 
power cable plugs into an old industrial connector, usually made by 
Cutler-Hammer. My model 19 uses a similar sized 4 pin connector. Try 
making a search for old industrial power connectors, if you can find a 
NEMA number you are on the way to finding the connector. You might 
consider changing out the power cable to a modern one, and gain the 
safety of a ground wire.
