[GreenKeys] Info needed on CV-278/GR

Mike,

Have you looked at https://rattrig.com/manuals/tm's.htm ?  There are 
more manuals there.

In that it was specifically designed to interface with the R-392 in the 
AN/GRC-46, there may not be much available about  its specs.
