I've used Craters and Freighters, Pack and Send (or something similar)
and uShip.
The first two for large rack mount DEC minicomputers as well as other
paleted stuff and uShip for an electric forklift.
I don't remember exact prices but probably up to around $1000 depending
on the "crate" requirements
For uShip you're basically asking for independent shippers to bid on
your shipping job.
It worked well, but I shipped in the winter in the northeast (from the
midwest) and I should have specified covered or inside shipping.
The forklift arrived white from all the road salt and I then spent time
replacing switches that were all corroded.
