[GreenKeys] Casters for M33ASR Pedestals

I don’t know if this was a standard feature or a custom creation, but there was a sharp looking setup at VCF east many years ago with a 33ASR mounted on a hand truck. I remember seeing it as part of the PDP-8 presentation that year, but my memory might be a bit off. I

The setup worked extremely well for moving the teletype around.
