Yea I get the same with the NYT "a subscribe to our rag"
I went directly to the BBC the source of the article

Right now the Russians are blocking western websites and blocking access to
westerners...
Heck I have even had problems using  Yandex (Russian google) never mind
trying to access
State Library info where I'm already subscribed.
Makes working on my Evil Commie teletypes a bit difficult!!
The only manuals I'm having difficulty getting are the T-15/T-19 and RTM-50
The NICE thing is the T-15 IS a Model 15 just a commie hack and the
RTM-50 is more of a copy of the Lo-15 with a European keyboard. Neither
machine does Latin like the ST-35 they are both Cyrillic only.
The Lorenz and Teletype manuals are a good start on both and I do have a
bad copy of the T-15 manual and the pictures in it are copied right out of
the teletype manual!!
