I-925 is just the ID in the Navy parts book, Like R-37 would be a resistor
of some sort.

That neon indicator lamp is a 116699 according to 1167B
116699 is an NE-51 according to the lamp data page I put together with help
from Paul Cembura and Tom Tillson.
