[GreenKeys] Butterflying paper tape

Go to about 4:40 in the video ("William Podolski..."), pause it, switch 
to full-screen mode, in the settings menu (gear icon) select "Playback 
Speed 0.25"

It makes it clearer what he's doing.  I've got to break out some junk 
tape and give it a try, but I think I see what's going on. He uses the 
thumb and little finger to wrap the tape, giving it a half-twist each pass.

A new thing to learn! Woo Hoo!
