LOL ... I know exactly the procedure you are 
describing, without even watching the video ... 

but not sure I could verbally describe it !! 

worth learning though, if you are going to play 
with long tapes ... the advantage is that with the 
tape wound up like that, you can feed it from the 
center of the 'ball' into a td and it will come out 
twist-free ...  

I would have to do some practice to refresh the 
muscle memory before I tried to describe it, but 
it's worth learning.
