[GreenKeys] Where does it go?

This was taped to a printer (LP) that I recently acquired.  It looks 
like something you'd see from the back end of the printer, but I don't 
see anything missing there.  The picture quality wasn't as good as I 
expected, but you may be able to see that perhaps 1/4" of threaded rod 
has broken off on the right end.  I have no way of knowing for sure the 
part is from the printer since I don't really know the history of this unit.
