[GreenKeys] ASR 33 channel 8 always inverse...why?

Hi.  I was wondering what might cause pin/channel 8 to always go inverse of what was typed at the keyboard.  Results in the wrong character to print.  For example, if the ascii character was --34-6-- , the character printed would be --34-6-8.
If the character was --34-6-8 , the character printed would be --34-6--
