[GreenKeys] Semi OT - Teletype TTY, Communications, Telecommunications Postal - Postage stamps

Thanks Doug. I was wondering why so many stamps and none from the US - then
realized that, unlike the US, foreign Post Offices are also in charge of
telecommunications.
