[GreenKeys] 15RO Running open

The pin is called a plunger on the drawing you attached.

You can easily remove the range scale with just a couple of screws.  Then you can more easily lub and free up all the moving parts that reside behind the scale.  I had similar problems with both a 14 and a 15.  In both cases the pin was the primary problem (stuck) but a lot of the other moving parts were sluggish
